Correct steps to use do the blasting work
After 2 months’ intense work, the 11th PK activity of OrientFlex comes to an end. During such event, each of us made huge effort for our goals. As the old saying goes “no pains, no gains”, the good ending is just because of our hard work. In order to show thanks and commend to our members, we held a award ceremony on July 9th. Next let’s see what are the awards.
First of all, the individual person awards
For the individual person awards, we have the best newcomer award, client develop award and sales award. 3 members obtain the best newcomer award. In fact, they are university students and come to OrientFlex as trainees. However, they grow up very fast. They can make such achievements all because of their hard work. Now they are ready to be a successful sale. In addition, 2 and 1sale obtain the client develop award and the best sale award respectively.
Then, the team awards
We set 2 team awards, one is the best sale team and the other one is the best share team. Actually, we have 6 sale teams and each team compete with each other to be the best. After the long journey, team Chaoyue obtains the best sale team finally.
As a part of our company culture, share is always important. During the 2 months, we share the work experience and time management with each other. Besides these, we also share life tips to others. In return, they win the “best share” award.
Such great event can’t live without abundant prizes. OrientFlex prepares outdoor tent, backpack, fold bed and many other prizes for us. Almost everyone get one.
