Composite hose features:
The composite hose is made of new materials and new technology. It is a new generation of rubber hoses and metal hoses. Its main features are:
1. Light and soft
Composite hoses are 30% lighter than metal hoses and 40% lighter than rubber hoses. Greatly reduced the labor intensity of laborers, easy to operate, and improved work efficiency
2. Recyclability
The radius of curvature of the composite hose is 1/3 times that of the rubber tube and the metal hose; when it is extremely bent, the tube is always round, never folding, the inner wall is falling off, the blockage is blocked, and the tube is broken.
3. Resistance to positive and negative pressure
Since the main skeleton of the pipe is made of steel ring as the skeleton, the maximum working pressure is 0.1 MPa -5.0 MPa, and the negative pressure is 0.2 MPa. When the fluid suddenly overpressures, there is no instantaneous breakage, which only causes the pipe body to creep.
4. Good temperature resistance
It can withstand -206°C-+260°C under normal use, and it will not cause hardening or softening of the tube due to climate or temperature change.
5. Corrosion resistance
Composite hoses have good corrosion resistance to chemicals containing aromatic hydrocarbons and liquid media such as acids and bases. Widely used in the transportation of crude oil, fuel oil, food oil and chemical solvents and liquefied petroleum gas.
6. Conductive performance
When transporting oil flammable medium, due to pressure, flow rate, friction and other factors, a certain amount of static electricity will be generated. If it is not exported in time, the consequences are unimaginable. The product is supported by double-layer steel wire inside and outside, and has excellent electrical conductivity. In the process of using, the end of the hose is connected with the wire to contact the ground, and the static electricity can be exported, which is safe and reliable.
7. Flame retardant performance
The composite hose is made of a good flame retardant material and has excellent flame retardant properties.
8. Resistance to aging
Composite hose has good sealing performance, high tensile strength, aging resistance, durability and long service life.
