What is the relationship between hose length and water flow rate
1. Be sure to wear protective equipment before sand blasting. It is forbidden to work with bare arms. There should be no less than two people during work.
2. The air compressor tank, pressure gauge, and valve should be calibrated regularly. The air compressor tank should be discharged once a week. The filter in the sand tank should be checked once a month.
3. Check whether the ventilation duct and the door of the sandblasting machine are sealed. The industrial dust removal equipment must be started five minutes before work. When the industrial dust removal equipment is invalid, it is forbidden to operate the sand blasting machine.
4. The air compressor valve should be opened slowly, and the standard air pressure should not exceed 0.8MPa.
5. The particle size distribution of sandblasting should be consistent with the working conditions. It is generally available between 10 and 20, and the sand should be kept dry.
6. When the sandblasting machine is working, it is forbidden for unrelated personnel to approach. When cleaning and adjusting the operating position, it should be turned off.
7. It is forbidden to blow dust or joke with compressed air.
8. After work, the industrial dust removal equipment should continue to run for five minutes and then shut down to expel the dust in the room and keep the place clean.
