However, he almost knows nothing about these products. So he want to learn such products from us.

After receiving client’s request, we payed high attention to this and set up relevant group at once. Sale manager, purchase department and our engineers in factory design the special train courseware. Besides the theory knowledge, we also accompany him to study in our factory. After few days’ study, client had a deep understanding of rubber hoses. And I believe this will greatly help him to expand his business.
