How to select a high pressure PVC hose
Canvas layflat is widely used in various aspects, such as irrigation, mine sewage discharge, mud transportation, landscaping, toy manufacturing, pond pumping, flood control and urban drainage, etc.
So how do we choose the suitable canvas layflat and what are the skills?
To choose a suitable agricultural fire hose, you should first understand the general classification. The hoses have models according to the caliber and pressure bearing capacity. The hose also have different categories according to the different lining materials. The commonly used pressure in the market are 4 kg, 6 kg, 8 kg, 10 kg, 13 kg, 16 kg, etc. The size range from 1.5 inches to 8 inches. The lining of the hose generally has polyurethane lining, pvc lining and synthetic rubber lining. Different working environments have different requirements on the pressure and lining.
The first is the pressure requirement. For ordinary agricultural irrigation, the layflat connect to the wellhead directly for irrigation. Generally in this case , there is not much pressure requirement. 8 kg or 10 kg is enough. It is fine to choose pvc lining for clean water. And the price is also affordable. For sprinkler irrigation equipment, especially large sprinkler irrigation machines, we need to choose high-pressure hoses. Such as 13 kg, 16 kg hose, with polyurethane lining. Such hoses is high-pressure explosion-proofing. It have better pressure resistance and are more suitable for irrigation with sprinkler irrigation equipment.
The second is the choice of lining. For transporting sewage or mud, we must choose polyurethane lining. The polyurethane-lined hose has good acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance. And the sewage discharge generally requires a large diameter. To transport clean water at room temperature, such as watering orchards and gardens, pvc lining is good. For high-temperature hot water, we must choose high-temperature-resistant hoses, such as polyurethane-lined hoses.
