How to improve the service life of hydraulic hose?
Operating pressure: The working environment pressure should not exceed the rated operating pressure of the hose. Exceeding the rated operating pressure can cause damaging damage to the hydraulic hose and must be taken into account when selecting hoses.
Minimum blasting pressure: Blast pressure is limited to destructive tests to determine the purpose of designing safety factors.
Temperature range: Do not exceed the temperature range that the hydraulic hose can withstand. If the fluid delivered contains emulsions or solutions, please consult the relevant technical data separately. No matter what the temperature range of the hose is, the maximum temperature recommended by the fluid manufacturer must not be exceeded.
Fluid compatibility: Hydraulic hose assembly (inner glue layer, outer glue layer, reinforcement layer and hose connector) must be compatible with the fluid used. Proper hoses must be used because the chemical properties of phosphate-based and petroleum-based hydraulic fluids are very different, and many hoses are suitable for one or more fluids, but not for all fluid types.
Minimum bending radius: Do not bend the hose to less than the recommended minimum bending radius, nor do the hose withstand tension or torque, which may cause the reinforcement layer to withstand excessive stress and greatly reduce the ability of the hose to withstand pressure.
Hose size: The hose size must be able to handle the required flow, and under certain flow, if the internal diameter is too small, excessive fluid pressure and heat can be generated, resulting in damage to the inner glue layer.
Hose length: The correct hose length should be determined taking into account changes in length under pressure, machine vibration and movement, and when the hose assembly is wiring.
Hose application: Select the appropriate hose according to the specific application scenario.
