Floating Dredging Hose

Floating Dredge Hose is mainly for waterway dredging. It’s to suck and discharge the silt, slurry, sand and stone depoisited in the waterway. Flexible floating dredge hose can extend the distance of dredging. Our hose performs well in corrosion, high pressure, bend and wear resistance. It can connect with pipeline well and reduce the sea wave. Then makes the medium flows more smoothly.

Reinforce: high tensile strength fabrics with helix steel wire, Independent foam

Application:

The floating dredging hose is ideal for port and dock discharing sea water, slit, sand. It’s commonly used in part of the costruction process of docks and ports.

Characteristic:

The outer cover is a rubber compound that higly resists weather, UV and Ozone.

Wear indicator layers can implement in the dredge hose which transfer abrasive medium.

A single foam floating layer prevents water absorption. The hose emergence above the water is not less than 20% of the total volume.

Custom flanges are available.

Bending angle: in working conditions, the bending angle is from 0° to +45°.

Temperature: -25℃ to +80℃(-13℉ to +176℉)
