Suction Dredging Hose

Suction Dredging Hose is also called mud suction & discharge hose. It is mainly for sewage, slurry, seawater and sand suction & discharge in many places. The hose is also ideal for flood discharge and port and dock construction. It’s flexible and resistant to wave. It consists of three parts: tube, reinforce and cover. Tube absorbs high quality rubber such as NR, SBR and BR. Thus the hose can bear wear and seawater. Reinforce is multiple layers of high tensile spiral steel wires. So the hose have solid structure and can bear high working pressure. Besides, it makes hose resistant to bend and fatigue. While cover is NR, SBR or BR, making hose resist wear, corrosion, seawater, heat, weather, ozone and aging. In addition, the hose can connect to pipeline very well, which can reduce the sea wave. So it can deliver medium flows smoothly.

Structure:

Tube: wear resistant rubber with high strength breaker plies and coated with a high grade rubber interior surface.

Reinforce: High tensile strength fabrics with a steel inner structure. Fully embedded steel wire coils to resist kink, crush and local load.

Cover: Synthetic rubber, resists wear, weather, sea water and oil exposure. The cover is black with a bright orange spiral stripe or coated in tough bright orange PU.

Suction Dredging Hose Application:

Suction dredge hose is for sediment absorption along with dredging ships. While it’s mainly for river and harbor, land reclamation and dredging to extend the distance of the water dredging, The hose is flexible and easy to install. Besides, it bears abrasion and kink thanks to the material and steel wire reinforce. The smooth interior of the hoses helps prevent clogs and avoids damage from the abrasives.
