Fourth, the amount of water output. The water output of drip irrigation tape is about 2L/h, and that of drip irrigation pipe is about 3L/h. The output of drip pipe is larger than that of drip tape.
Fifth, investment. Investment of drip irrigation pipe is higher than that of drip irrigation tape.

Drip irrigation tape takes advantage of its own pipeline to directly irrigate water to the root of crops through the upper orifice or the drip head of the capillary tube with a diameter of about 10mm, with uniform irrigation effect and high water-saving efficiency.
Drip irrigation pipe uses a low-pressure pipe system and an emitters mounted on a capillary tube to evenly and slowly irrigate the nutrients needed by water and crops into the soil in the root zone of crops. That’s the difference between drip irrigation tape and drip irrigation pipe.
In a word, they have their own characteristics and advantages. Therefore, appropriate drip irrigation products should be selected when installing and using drip irrigation equipment, and the type and planting situation of crops should be considered comprehensively, as well as the water output effect of the service life of drip irrigation products.
