Taper Tube Series
The conical tube serves as the basic grain unloading unit for flexible duct hoses. Two adjacent conical tubes can be positioned close together or spaced apart from each other.
Hose Support Ring
To support the fabric duct hose, each section of the conical pipe features a specific number of iron rings. There are two types of support rings: an outer ring and an inner ring. The ring located inside the hose is the inner ring, while the one outside the hose is the outer ring.
Flexible Support Connection System Between Tapered Pipe and Ring
Telescopic movement is required between the tapered tubes and the rings. Therefore, a flexible system must restrict and connect them, forming a relatively independent structure to support the entire air duct hose. This ensures smooth movement and stability.
Cloth Hose
The outer surface of the duct hose is a cloth hose that wraps around the tapered pipe and support ring. The cloth tube can stretch, creating an external flexible system similar to the internal one. Being air-tight, it prevents outside air from entering and internal dust from escaping. Additionally, it forms an annular space with the cone tube, ensuring the smooth flow of suction air.
Suction System
The air duct hose suction system comes in two forms: one without a dust collector and fan, and the other with these components. The version without a dust collector and fan relies on the surrounding wind net for suction, making it suitable for fixed telescopic hoses. The other version operates independently, ideal for mobile flexible hose ducting, though it has a relatively larger volume.
