To elevate the overall leadership capabilities of our mid-to-senior management team and build an agile, high-performing workforce ready for tough business challenges, the Orientflex 2026 Management Training Camp officially kicked off as scheduled.
Led by veteran executive expert Li Wenli, this intensive two-day leadership workshop was designed to transform everyday management mindsets into real-world business results.
1. Preparation First: Setting Clear Goals Before Day One
High-impact executive training requires solid preparation. Before the official kickoff, we hosted an alignment session to outline the camp’s strategic goals, agenda, group discussions, and post-training execution roadmap.
A crucial directive was emphasized: Leave daily operational tasks at the door and stay 100% focused. Managers can only reflect deeply and absorb actionable insights when they temporarily step away from day-to-day firefighting.
2. Core Management Essentials: From Concepts to Real-World Impact
Centering on the theme “The Essential Practice of an Effective Executive,” this two-day intensive program covered core management pillars:

Rather than passive lecturing, the program focused on interactive, practical learning. Through real-world case studies, scenario-based role-playing, and hands-on group workshops, participants tackled actual workplace challenges, re-evaluating their daily management strategies and operational mindsets.
3. Breaking Down Silos: Cross-Functional Alignment & Action Plans
Cross-Departmental Synergies (Day 1 Evening)
To break down organizational silos, we reshuffled the groups after Day 1, pairing front-office, mid-office, and back-office leaders together.
Teams mapped out the company’s complete value chain from the customer’s perspective. By analyzing operational workflows, identifying process bottlenecks, and discovering new synergies, managers stepped out of their departmental bubbles to gain a true big-picture, cross-functional business view.
Department-Level Execution (Day 2)
On Day 2, the focus shifted from broad strategy to local implementation. Teams zoomed back into their respective departments, converting workshop methodology into clear, trackable, and accountable action plans.
Moving from “what we learned” to “how we execute” ensured that training outcomes translate directly into daily business performance.
4. Gamified Learning & Team Recognition
To maintain high energy and active engagement, the camp featured a real-time point system. Teams earned points by driving class discussions, presenting research findings, and sharing practical solutions on stage.
The competition remained neck-and-neck throughout the event, creating an upbeat, collaborative, and highly engaged learning atmosphere.
At the conclusion of Day 2, the top two highest-scoring teams were celebrated on stage for their exceptional contributions and teamwork. However, the true value was not the score itself, but the active presence, critical thinking, and bold expression demonstrated by every single participant.

The real measure of success lies in taking these strategic insights back to daily operations—turning critical thinking into habit and responsibility into practical execution.
