Polyurethane Air Hoses Features
The basic function of polyurethane air hoses is to deliver compressed air to actuators, valves, tools and other equipment.
Polyurethane Air Hoses are reinforced with high tensile polyester yarns and have a longer service life than traditional rubber hoses. High-quality polyurethane air hoses maintain excellent flexibility even in cold winters. With ultra-lightweight performance, it is the preferred compressed air hose to reduce user fatigue.
To increase strength, polyurethane air hoses can be extruded from a single material to become internally reinforced (typically textile fibers are used). Pneumatic hoses usually consist of an inner tube, one or more layers of reinforced braided or spirally wound fibers, and an outer protective layer.
Due to the above excellent characteristics, PU air hoses are very popular in automotive repair and assembly, car wash systems, nails and staples, nut wrenches, airspace manufacturing, shipbuilding, construction and other applications. PU air hoses are commonly used in low pressure pneumatic and pneumatic control. It has extensive chemical and solvent resistance, good flexibility and relatively low cost.
