Working method of crimping machine
Drove by the motor, the oil pump outputs the hydraulic oil. Then the hydraulic oil push the plunger in the oil tank to move forward. Plunger and the two inner taper sleeves on the front cylinder cover push the mould seat with symmetric cone shrink in the radial direction. Then it achieves the crimping from the mould to rubber hose. When the shrinkage reaching the ruler setting value, the crimping will automatically stop. After the solenoid directional valve reversing, the hydraulic hose will enter the two oil cylinders and push the crimping plunger move in the opposite direction. The mould seat drives the mould to recover under the function of spring.
