Extremely low friction coefficient

Impact resistant
The impact resistance of UHMWPE ranks first among plastics. No matter strong external impact or high internal pressure can’t crack it. Its impact strength is 10 times that of nylon 66, 20 times of PVC and 8 times that of PTFE. In low temp condition, its impact strength reaches the highest value. Besides, the flexibility can provide extremely safe and reliable protection to the system.
Anti-aging
UHMWPE has stable performance and good anti-aging ability. You can set it on the ground or underground. Then it will last more than 50 years. Measured according to the ASTM method (load 4.6kg/cm2), the heat distortion temp is 85℃. While the working temp can reach 90℃. In special cases, it can work at higher temp. Besides, UHMWPE has excellent toughness with good low temp resistance. It still has a certain degree of ductility at -269℃ without any signs of brittleness.
Electrical property
large volume resistance, breakdown voltage of 50KV/mm, and dielectric constant of 2.3. Within a wide temp and frequency range, it is suitable as a structural material in electric project.
Hygienic and non-toxic
UHMWPE is non-toxic, non-toxic and odorless. Besides, it is non-corrosive. Thus it is the great material for food grade hose.
