High temperature resistant steam hose
For hot water and saturated steam, general high-pressure rubber hoses do not work well. However, high temperature resistant steam hoses with braided steel wire reinforcements can provide a good solution. It is mainly used to transport steam. The hose is very flexible and resistant to vibration. Transfers saturated steam with a maximum working pressure and temperature of 270 PSI and 430 ° F (+ 220 ° C).
It consists of three parts: the inner layer, the outer layer and the reinforcement layer. The tube is made of high-quality black smooth synthetic rubber, mainly EPDM, and has high temperature resistance. Therefore, the hose can safely transport steam. The outer layer is made of one or two layers of high-strength and high-strength braided steel wire, which makes the hose structure strong and works well under high pressure environments. The outer layer is made of high quality EPDM, making the hose abrasion resistant, corrosion resistant, aging resistant, weather resistant, ozone and high temperature. In addition, the hose is resistant to bursting, bursting and breaking, even under large pressure differences and accidental exposure to flames.
Outer layer: Red or black EPDM rubber, heat-resistant, surface texture, using pinhole technology
Reinforcement layer: high tension steel wire braid layer
Inner layer: Black EPDM rubber, heat resistant, not for steam cleaning.

Industrial steam hose is suitable for continuous processing of saturated steam and superheated steam below 150 ° C or intermittent transportation below 160 ° C.
