PU steel wire hose has three connection methods
1. The layout of metal hoses should minimize heat sources. If necessary, equipment such as silicone sheaths or protective screens can be used to prevent metal hoses from deteriorating when exposed to heat.
2. Metal hoses are likely to rub against the surface of the equipment during operation. Therefore, use protective equipment such as hose clamps or torsion springs to prevent damage to the surface of the hose.
3. When the metal hose must be bent, the bending radius should not be too small and should be more than 9 times the diameter. There should be a parallel segment at the junction of the hose and the connector that exceeds 2 times the diameter of the pipe.
4. Avoid tightening the metal hose when installing it. Even if there is no relative speed area on both sides of the metal hose, the metal hose still needs to be kept loose. Because a taut hose can expand under pressure. thereby reducing the compressive strength.
5. Do not twist the hose during installation. Slight twisting of the hose may also reduce its strength and loosen the connections. When installing, tighten the connector on the metal hose, not the hose on the connector.
