Inspection of fire fighter hose
1. Product identification: Refer to the fire fighter hose inspection report to see whether the name, model and specification of the product are consistent;
2. The appearance quality of the fabric layer: The fabric layer of the standard fire hose should be woven evenly, the surface layer should be clean, and there should be no jump double warp, break double warp, jump weft and scratch;
3. The fire fighter hose length: Open the whole roll of fire hose, tape measure accurately measure its total length, accurate measurement or including fire hose interface, the measured data with the lining fire hose of nominal length to take in, such as fire hose length less than 1 m above the fire hose length specifications, which can be found the goods is not up to standard;
4. Pressure test: 1.2m long fire hose is extracted, the manual pressure test pump or electric pressure test pump is used to smoothly charge to the test pressure, hold the pressure for 5min, check whether there is leakage, if there is leakage, the standard is not reached. Under the test pressure, continue to charge and boost the pressure until the sample burst, and the pressure when the burst should not be less than 3 times of the working pressure of the fire hose. For example, the test pressure of the commonly used 8 type fire hose is 1.2MPa, and the blasting pressure is not less than 2.4MPa.
