It should be noted that the PVC hose products out of the warehouse are stored under the correct storage conditions and consistent with their intended use. Therefore, it is important to mark the different types of hose products in the inventory. For PVC hose assemblies with non-permanent pipe joints, such as hose assemblies with adjustable clamp-clamp structures, inspections should be carried out to ensure the reliable performance of the pipe joints.
Return to warehouse
Before the used hose assembly is returned to storage, the conveyed material should be emptied. For hoses used to convey chemicals, explosive, flammable or corrosive materials, more attention should be paid. After cleaning and before returning to storage, inspections should be carried out to determine their suitability for continued use.
Storage method
The product should be stored and placed in a way that it should not be subjected to excessive stress, elongation or deformation. And avoid contact with sharp objects or the ground. Whenever possible, use storage racks to store hose products. Coiled hoses or hose assemblies should be stored flat and not stacked. If stacking is unavoidable, the height of the stacking should be limited. That is, the limit should be not to cause permanent deformation of the hoses stacked on the bottom layer. Coiled hose products should not be hung on wooden piles. Hoses and hose assemblies supplied in a straight state should be stored flat and not bent.
