Tips to use a plastic hose correctly
Be sure to use plastic hose within the temp and pressure range.
When apply pressure, please open/close any valve slowly. So as not to form shock pressure and damage the plastic tube.
The hose will expand and contract slightly with the change of its internal pressure. Thus please cut the hose to a slightly longer length than you need.
The hose used should be suitable for the fluid being loaded. If you are not sure if the hose is ideal for a certain fluid, ask the supplier for help.
Do not use non-food-grade hose for food, drinking water, and cooking or washing food. Because there will be toxic or other impurities inside the hose. While once people drink the water from the hose, people may get ill.
Please use the hose above its min bending radius. Otherwise the hose may block and affect the normal work.
When the hose is used for powder and granules, please enlarge its bending radius as much as possible. Because this can reduce the wear and tear.
Do not use the PVC tube in an extremely bent state near metal parts.
Never place the hose in direct contact with or near an open flame.
Do not run over the hose with a vehicle, etc.
