Round emitter drip irrigation pipe is widely used in agricultural production. The product is simple to use and easy to maintain. During agricultural irrigation, we can water through the low pressure pipe delivery system in accordance with requirements of the crop water requirement. Water will chase crops need water and drop, uniform and slowly drip into the crop root in the soil through the line of drainage holes (irrigation). It won’t destroy crops at nearby soil structure, and also can greatly improve the utilization rate of water and the crop yields.
The round emitter drip irrigation pipe is a drip irrigation product, which requires higher water quality. If the reservoir is used as a water source, it should be paid attention to ensure that the water source is clean, the installation of black gauze or top cover to avoid falling into impurities, but also to a certain extent to avoid direct sunlight, avoid the growth of algae, etc..
Introduction to the installation and use of drip irrigation pipe: The connection mode of drip irrigation pipe is socket and plug connection. Commonly used products include socket by-pass (valve), socket straight (valve), socket elbow, socket plug, etc.
The diameter of drip irrigation pipe is 16mm. After the pipe is laid, the corresponding type (rotary punch of Type 16) or the long-handle punch shall be used to punch holes in the PE branch pipe (hard pipe). The orifice must not be too large to avoid water leakage.
Then use the bypass installer to install the corresponding type of socket bypass (valve) on the branch pipe.
Finally, put the drip irrigation pipe tightly on the PE socket plug bypass to complete the connection.
After connection, flush the drip irrigation pipe with water for 3-5 minutes, and then use the double-ring plug to block each drip irrigation pipe (after installation, the plug can be blocked after washing water test to avoid blocking of drip irrigation equipment).
