Antistatic PU hose is your best choice for electric conduction and security
High pressure rubber pipe has great properties. It has a multi-layer structure and steel wire wrapped around. But it is still very fragile. When using and transporting high pressure hoses, we still need to be careful. And not to damage the hoses due to automatic negligence and affect our work.
So what should we pay attention to when transporting rubber pipe?
- When transporting and loading and unloading high pressure hoses, they should not be dragged at will. Heavy hoses should be loaded and unloaded with lifting equipment or special machinery. To prevent the hoses from being accidentally damaged and affecting normal work.
- Hoses should be shipped in neat rolls. Avoid large bends and folds on the tube body. Other heavy objects should not be piled on the hoses.
- For hoses that need to be transported straight, when the length exceeds the loading compartment, the extra-long part should be supported by a bracket to prevent the product from being dragged and damaged on the ground.
- During the loading and unloading process, the hoses should be loaded and unloaded lightly.
- If the product needs to be temporarily parked in the open air (or workshop dock) for some reason, the site must be flat. The hose should be neatly placed flat, with a pad underneath and a cover on top, without any heavy objects piled on top. At the same time, the hose should not come into contact with heat sources.
- The last and most important point is that it is strictly forbidden to mix the hose with acids, alkalis, oils, organic solvents, and flammable and explosive items. The hose body should not come into direct contact with goods with sharp edges
