How to select a high pressure PVC hose
The following issues should be paid attention to when the rubber air hose is stored: storage time, temperature, humidity, light, ozone, environment, electromagnetic field, stacking method and so on. There are another three things.
- Temperature and humidity
Recommended storage temperature: 10 c to 25 C.
Note: Do not store rubber hose at temperatures above 40 degrees Celsius or below 0 degrees Celsius. Special care should be taken when moving rubber hoses below minus 15 degrees Celsius.
Rubber hose shall not be stored in the heat source accessories, the relative humidity shall not exceed 65%.
- Exposure to heat
The temperature limits mentioned in point 4 must be observed. A heat shield should be used to protect the rubber hose from heat sources if it is impossible.
- Exposure to light
Storage rooms used to store rubber hose should be kept dark, especially from direct sunlight or strong artificial light. If the storage room has windows or any openings covered by glass, it should be screened.
