Basic conditions of installation
First of all, the hose should be strong enough. Then, the inner wall should be smooth and clean. Make sure there is no rust or other impurities inside the hose. As for the hose which stored for a long time, you have to do acid pickling work because of the corrosion. Besides, you need to check if the hose is still durable after the pickling.
What should be considered when install hydraulic hose
First, when doing welding work, there should not be large current. Otherwise it will affect the flow inside the hose and cause pressure loss.
Second, when need to cut the hydraulic hose because of the requirement of installation, the vertical degree between section and axis should be 90°±1/2°.
Third, avoid the sharp bending. The bend radius after installation should be at least 8-10 times of the outer diameter. Besides, the end of hydraulic hose should be straight but bending. Moreover, the length of the straight section should not be less than 6 times of outer diameter.
Fourth, avoid the distortion. Generally, the distortion problem appears during the fastening of connectors. It will cause the reinforcement layer change and reduce the pressure resistance.
Fifth, there should be a certain loose for the hydraulic hose in long distance. Because there will be a 3-4% contraction after charging hydraulic oil.
Last, avoid the wear and touch among hose and machines because it may break the hose.
