Our common non-polar rubbers include natural rubber, EPDM, SBR, etc. According to the principle of similar compatibility, non-polar materials and non-polar materials are compatible with each other. Oils such as gasoline, diesel, and kerosene are non-polar materials, so EPDM hoses are compatible with these oils. In other words, EPDM rubber hoses can not transport oily materials well.
