First of all, we will continue introduce talents
For a company, the most important factor is people. A company consists of various department. While each department consists of people. Therefore, if the company want to develop and become more professional, people is the most important. Thus in order to achieve the substantial development, we will continue introducing the talents. Second, we will promote the digital office
In the second half year of 2023, we put the digital office online. And now, we gradually transfer the data from the old software to the new one. However, the process is not that smooth. In fact, there are various problems. But we set up professional digital group for the solution. While in the next year, we will promote the process. Because the digital office can reduce the procedure and greatly improve the working efficiency.
