After one day’s hard work, we finally move to the new office completely. All of our members made great contribution to such event. Here OrientFlex say thanks to you again. Your great effort makes our company better.
Here comes the question, why we need a new office?
The most important reason is the expanding of our company. We have just 5 members since we set up in 2010, but we grow to about 80 members now. Besides, we make plan to cooperate with excellent universities and recruit lots of high quality and talent trainees. Therefore, the former office can’t meet the requirements that we develop and expand. Thus, we need a bigger office.
Another reason is that OrientFlex want to provide a better work environment to our members. In the former office, all the members jammed in an house. Even vice general manager work together with others. Therefore, the new office will provide a better environment and makes our members more comfortable. Our new office covers about 1000 squre meters, which is about 4 times than the former one. We set individual sample room, meeting room and live room. Besides, each leader has an independent room.
This is also the symbol of our company culture. Since set up, we OrientFlex always insists win-win among client, staff and company. We constantly update our working conditions to make our staff more comfortable. Then, a better environment will improve the working initiative. Staff work hard to make company better, while a better company will try to make staff better. It’s a virtuous circle. What’s more, that’s the real meaning of win-win.
