What Makes PVC Hose Smell Terrible
Orientflex held the 2022 Award Ceremony on Jan 7th, 2023. All the members who perform well in the 12th PK activity get the award. Besides, the staff who perform well in the whole year get the award. Next let’s see what are these awards.
First, awards in the 12th PK activity
At the beginning of this PK activity, each of us set a goal. Then we work hard to achieve the goal. After the PK, some staff reach the goal. While some even achieve a higher level. Thus Orientflex offers them the well performance awards. Besides, some new members study hard and improve fast. Thus they also get the award called “The best newcomer”.
Second, the appoint
In the whole year of 2022, many middle level directors work hard. They lead their team achieve a good performance. Besides, they guide us how to improve our work and efficiency. Meanwhile, they help us to grow and develop. In another hand, they help the whole company to develop talents and professor in foreign trade.
In the past 3 years, we suffer from economic risk, sharply rose freight and raw material. While most important, the covid-19. During these 3 years, our relationship with our clients almost cut off. While the only way is to keep in touch online. Besides, the channel to visit and develop client is shut down. Thus the whole foreign trade industry comes to the darkest time.
However, with the efforts of our staff, we overcome all the difficulties. In fact, in the past 3 years, we achieve over 10% increase annually. Especially in 2022, we work at home about 1 month because of the covid-19. But we still achieve positive growth. While some of other foreign company are forced to negative growth.
Thus here I want say thank you to all of our members. Thanks for your effort and hard work in the whole year. It’s you that make our company more better. And we an be so wonderful is all because of you.
