Orientflex delivered a container of PVC suction hose to South America
On Jan. 8th, 2025, we loaded 2 containers of plastic hoses. These flexible hoses include PVC garden hose, PVC layflat hose and PVC suction hose. We received the order in November and finished the production in December. Because of the freight, client asked us to deliver few days later. While recently, the freight downs and we deliver these goods.
Our client works on agricultural equipment and gardening tools. While those plastic hoses are all the typical ones in such field.
PVC layflat hose provides stable water supply
In some relatively flat planting areas, such as wheat, corn and other food crops, lay flat hose can transport water from the water source to the field. Such hose is usually tough and wear resistant. Thus it can be dragged and laid in the field to evenly irrigate the entire field. The length of the hose can be spliced or selected according to the size of the field and the distance from the water source. The common caliber of PVC hoses can meet the water supply needs of larger flow rates.
PVC suction hose can work at vacuum
Different from PVC layflat hose, suction hose has a much more stronger structure. Because it has a spiral reinforce layer which can be inside our outside the hose. This structure not only makes the hose stronger, but also makes it can work at vacuum. Thus such hose can be used on a water pump for water suction purpose.
