High pressure hose is a common material in modern industry. In fact, it contains a series of flexible hoses which can bear high pressure. While it can be high pressure air pipe, washer hose, hydraulic hose, etc. Such hose often works at high pressure conditions. Thus you should pay attention to the daily use. Otherwise there will be problem or even damage. Then it will cause huge loss.
Focus on high pressure hose
First, the hose can only transport designed media. For example, a water hose can only deliver water. While you can not use it to deliver oil. Because oil will corrode the hose and cause it fail.
Second, each hose has a certain working pressure range. Thus before the work, make sure the practical pressure. Then ensure the working pressure within the range of designed pressure. Because over-high pressure will reduce the service life and even cause failure.
Third, the temp of the medium should not exceed the limit. When you use rubber hose to deliver oil, the temp of oil should be -40℃ to 120℃. While for the air, it is -30℃ to 50℃. Then it is max 80℃ for water. Beyond the temp range will cause damage to the hose.
Last, you should keep the industrial hose clean both inside and outside. Besides, prevent impurity from entering the hose. Because that will block the hose and reduce the deliver efficiency.
