Generally speaking, rubber hoses on the market today are composed of three parts. They are the inner rubber layer, the outer rubber layer and the middle layer. It is a tubular rubber product and is still very fragile. Therefore, we must be careful during handling and transportation to avoid accidents and damage to the rubber tubes. So what are the precautions for this process?
The first is the transportation process
During transportation, be sure to handle it with care. Do not drag it on the ground at will to avoid damage to the hose due to friction and impact, which will affect the performance of the product. In addition, if the rubber pipe product is too heavy, it can be transported using professional lifting equipment such as forklifts.
Then comes the loading process
When loading, rubber hoses should be transported neatly in rolls. And be sure to avoid excessive bending of the rubber tube. Each type of rubber hose has its own minimum bending radius. Our hose cannot be bent smaller than this radius. Moreover, the rubber tube cannot be pressed on it to prevent the product from being deformed by pressure and affecting its performance.
Finally, during transportation
During transportation, rubber pipes cannot be mixed with acids, alkalis, salts, organic solvents, and flammable and explosive materials. There should also be no sharp objects near the rubber tube to avoid unnecessary damage.
