Proper coil
Before storing the hose, coil it properly to prevent kink and tangle. First of all, unload the hose from the water deliver system and clean it up. Then, coil the hose in large loops and avoid tight bend or kink. As that can damage the hose over time.
Protection from sunlight
Direct sunlight can degrade the rubber, then cause it aging. To protect the hose, store it in a shaded area or use a hose reel or container to prevent UV. If you have to store it outdoors, use a hose cover or wrap the hose with a cloth to protect it.
Avoid extreme temperatures
Extreme temperatures can also affect the lifespan of the rubber water hose. Store the hose in a 15℃place and not lower than this.
