Antistatic PU hose is your best choice for electric conduction and security
As we all know, the quality of products is determined by many factors. First is the raw material and we can say raw material is the most important factor. Second are the production equipment and technology. They determines the performance of products. However, the quality control is also important. Because it’s the last process to guarantee the quality of products.
On May 12th, 2022, a batch of cloth impression water hose finished the production. These hose are going to sent to Russia. Actually, this project began few months ago. Two quality inspectors of OrientFlex spend a whole day to test this batch of hoses. The test includes appearance like color and print, size, length, weight, pressure and many other items. After 5 hours’ hard work, they finally finished all the tests. All of these hoses are of qualification.
However, is the work comes to a conclusion? Definitely not.
After the quality inspection, they have to load these hoses. They began to load the hoses at 3 p.m. However, the loading is not that smooth. Because our factory have to tear down some structures on the roof according to the regulation, the wasted material broke the package of these hoses. What’s an accident. Then we have to repack these hoses. After the repack, we continue the loading.
But it seems the god kidding with us. Not long after the loading, it rains heavily. What shall we do now. If we stop the loading, the hoses can be delivered to the port on time. What’s more, we can’t delivery them to our clients probably. After the decision, we continue the loading. Together with our workers in the factory, we load the hoses in the rain and finally finish it at 21: 30. The container was delivered to the port on time. But unfortunately, one of the inspectors caught cold.
