Temperature limits
PVC clear hose can work at the temp from -10℃ to 60℃ (14℉ to 140℉). Some PVC hoses can work at higher temp up to 70℃(158℉) or more. But it’s depend on the structure and usage.
PVC clear hose may become brittle or crack at low temp. Thus you’d better not use it in extreme cold weather.
Pressure limits
The pressure limit of a PVC clear hose is also depend on its size, wall thickness and structure.
The pressure of PVC clear hose is from 20 to 200 PSI depend on the wall thickness. But reinforced PVC clear hose, which features a rigid PVC or a steel wire, may have higher pressure resistance. But the clear hose without any reinforce just has a small pressure range.
If you need to use a clear hose, never makes the work pressure beyond what it can bear. Because this can cause the hose to burst or fail. Then cause injury or damage.
