Container Check
When the container car arriving, we should check the container. First, make sure the container is intact, clean and tidy. Then, confirm the number and container and bill of lading. After these work, the container check is over.
Check the products
Before loading, we check the products again. In the former piece I introduced you the quality inspection before delivery. However, this check is different with the quality check. We mainly check the quantity and package of the goods and parts.
Making loading plan
To keep there is no risk at all, we have to make a plan for loading. For example, we mix the PVC hose and industrial hose in the container. However, there are lots of hard and heavy metal products on the industrial hose. Thus we have to make a plan to avoid partial heavy and products broken.
In this method, we remeasure the size of container and make a detailed plan. We put the heavy industrial hose on the bottom and pack them well. Then, cover some cartons on them. Next, put the PVC hose on. If t he space is large enough, we’d better spread the goods flat on the bottom. Because the goods may collapse during the delivery if pile too high.
Last, pile the end of container tidily. However, you should add a leak preventive net if there is any small piece goods. Besides above works, we should back to the warehouse and check if anything left. After those, make the lead seal, which is the symbol of loading finish.
