3. 4. Compared with water, gas is more leaky and permeable. Therefore, all interfaces must be air-tight. Select the appropriate gasket, the welding joint should be cleaned of iron oxide welding, after tightening the flange bolts should leave room for further tightening. The flange made shall not have any defects such as opening, deviation, wrong mouth, slack force, uneven gap, etc.
In the pressure test, carefully check the tightness of each interface, do not allow the leakage of trace gas.
