High Temperature resistant fire sleeve widely serves in petrochemical industry
On Jan.15th, Orientflex has a high container of plastic hose to be loaded. Before the loading, our quality inspector carefully checked the container. While it’s mainly for 2 purposes. First, we need to make sure the information of the container. Like container number, size, weight, etc. Second, we need to make sure if the container is fine without any damages. Because once there is leakage of the container, the corrosive sea water will enter the container and corrode the goods. Therefore, the inspector should check the container carefully. That’s to say, there should not be any problems.
After that, we begin to load the hoses. As the clients require, we pack the plastic hose with woven cloth. Before the formal loading, we will measure the radius of the packed PVC hose. While this is to use the space more reasonable. Then there will not be waste for the space even just a feet. In another hand, we can load more goods into the container with the same space.
During the loading, we will record the piece of goods and check it with the order. While after the loading, we will weight the container and finish the lead sealing.
The whole loading lasts from afternoon until it is dark. Thanks for the hard work of our quality inspector. Few days later, the goods will be delivered to client.
