When the hose is covered with the outer adhesive layer of the welding hose, the adhesion effect is not good due to the uneven feeding length
- The fixture is too loose
The clamp that squeezes the tubes together is not tight enough, resulting in poor adhesion.

- Increase the temperature of the mold temperature machine
Increase the temperature of the mold temperature machine, so that the material is skilled to increase the degree of adhesion before the two hoses.
- Feeding is uniform
When making the outer adhesive layer of the hose, make the feeding hose even, so that one hose is not long and the other one is short, because if the feeding of the hose is not uniform, one hose is too long, then the hose will sag and affect the adhesion of the hose.
- Adjust the fixture distance
Adjust the distance of the clamp to make the distance between the two hoses more compact.
