Sandblasting hose, also known as sandblasting rubber hose, is suitable for metal surface pressure sand blasting. In order to carry out air pressure sand blasting and rust on the metal surface, and in engineering construction for wet sand blasting and dry sand blasting. So, how to install the sandblasting hose correctly?
When the joint leaks, locate the leaking part first, and then inject slurry into the sandblasting hose of the leaking part. When grouting, the grouting pump is used to inject the slurry into the dispenser, and the slurry is poured through the dispenser. In one of the grouting channels of the sandblasting hose, the other end of the sandblasting hose is sealed during the grouting process, and the number of grouting channels for pressure injection of slurry is increased.
Due to the elasticity of the foam rubber strip, the foam strip deforms by extrusion and can squirt slurry out of the grouting hole to fill the leaking part of the joint and prevent leakage.
After grouting is completed, water is needed to flush the grouting passage. When rinsing, the seal front end of the sandblast tube is opened. During water injection, water flows in from one end of the sandblast and the other end of the sandblast.
The outflow of one leading end completes the flushing of the grouting channel, which avoids the silting of the grouting fluid in the grouting channel and blocks the grouting channel, so that the sandblasting hose can be repeated grouting, and because one end of the grouting pipe is sealed during the grouting process.
Therefore, during the grouting process, the pressure in the grouting channel continues to increase, the foam rubber strip is squeezed and deformed, and the grouting fluid is ejected from the grouting hole. To flush the pipe, both ends of the sandblasting hose are open, so water flows in from one end of the sandblast and out from the other. The pressure in the grouting channel is lower and the styrofoam bar is restored. Keep the grouting hole in its original state to prevent water from spilling out of the sandblasting hose.
