Standards of hydraulic hose fittings
Composite oil hose is mainly for fuel, diesel, kerosene and petroleum. The inner rubber material of the oil hose is NBR, PVC composite, SBR and other materials. Usually there is conductive steel wire between the inner and outer layer to prevent sparks.
The main things that need to be paid attention to when inspecting oil hoses are:
1. The oil hose needs to be regularly maintained and inspected during use. If you find anything abnormal, repair or replace the composite hose in time.
2. Before using the oil transfer hose, carefully check the appearance of the hose. And confirm that there is no trauma, hardening and softening on the hose surface.
In industry, it requires much higher and strict than those used in other places. The working condition is harsh and complex in industry. Thus it asks for high quality hoses. Industrial hoses are used in a wide range of apps. Because the places they are used have different uses. And the chemical resistance requirements of the hoses are also high.

There are basically three types of chemical composite hoses. They are namely heavy hose, standard hose and light chemical hose. Heavy duty chemical hose is for some special projects. It is made of the very strongest materials in the world. It is durable and long lasting. Thus it is suitable for work with high pressure, high drop and strong wind and waves. Standard chemical hose is a cost-effective hose that can transport most chemical liquids. While light chemical hoses often serve as the connection between pipe and machine. Thus it is flexible and light in weight.
