What the temperature affect in the high pressure rubber hose production
First of all, in the process of rubber hoses, there is a very important link, that is the “water temperature issue”. If the rubber is not properly controlled during the mixing process, the rubber will easily ripen. The temp in summer is much higher than other seasons. Thus during the basic mixing of rubber, if the water temp is not controlled well, the oil agent in the rubber mixing will evaporate. Then the rubber mixing will be dry. While if it is internal rubber masterbatch, and you add materials, there may be quality problems.
On the other hand, if the inner rubber masterbatch is being fed. While the water temp is too high, it will cause partially cooked rubber. Then the cooked rubber particles will appear. While these particles are the hidden danger of high-pressure hose leakage.
Once again, it is still the “temperature” problem. If you leave the finished glue for too long and don’t place it in a cool place, it will easily self-sulfide. So the storage period should not exceed one month. Sometimes, you may find that the skin is easy to peel off. That’s because of the self-sulfide rubber. Compared to normal rubber, it has a bad adhesion.
