Extensive testing has verified that silicone fireproof sleeve possess the following remarkable characteristics:
High-Temperature Bending Test
When heated in a constant-temperature furnace at 260℃ for 48 hours, the surface of the silicone fire sleeve remains free from aging cracks, and there is no peeling of the coating.
Low-Temperature Bending Test
After being placed in a constant-temperature oven at -70℃ for 1 hour, the sleeve shows no signs of surface cracking or coating detachment.
Coating Film Coating Test
Through continuous use and testing in a constant-temperature oven, the surface of the sleeve does not experience peeling or dissolution.
Burn Test
The silicone fire sleeve exhibits excellent flame-retardant properties, with self-extinguishing capabilities and no self-ignition phenomena. It complies with the UL “VW-1” and CSA “HFS” test standards.
Temperature Resistance Test
After a 2000-hour heating test at 260℃, the sleeve functions normally without any abnormalities. During a 30-second heating test at 1200℃, the glass fiber within the sleeve remains intact.
Flame-Retardant Test
The burning speed of the sleeve is no faster than 45 seconds per 25 millimeters. The min normal insulation breakdown voltage is 7.0 kv/min (or 4.0 kv/min in certain test conditions), and the average normal insulation breakdown voltage is 10.0 kv/min (or 7.0 kv/min in specific test scenarios).
